VLFormDesigner is a an extremely easy to use form designer control. It will allow you to deliver a full fledged, feature rich form designer application with unbelievably small amount of code. With its extensive set of properties, methods and events, you will typically just be putting a form and menu wrapper on this control to deliver a form designer application. VLFormDesigner allows resizing and repositioning of its contained controls using mouse as well as keyboard. It provides this functionality even for nested controls (controls which are sited on a container which in turn is sited on VLFormDesigner).
