Flashkicker Flash Preloader Software Launched

Triple W Communications has recently launched Flashkicker Flash Preloader Software, a new, affordable and easy-to-use tool that creates Flash preloaders and adds them to existing SWF files.

Flashkicker preloaders show website visitors the progress of loading larger Flash movies or animations to ensure the visitor doesn’t get impatient. Preloaders are generally recommended for any animation over 40kb.

Flashkicker Flash Preloader Software allows users to create an attractive, customized and properly coded preloader for their Flash animation in seconds. The simple step-by-step user interface means even web design novices are able to create a professional preloader with ease.

In Flashkicker, users are taken through four sequential steps to create and customize a preloader for their Flash file. Step 1 is to select the SWF file on the user’s computer to which the preloader is added.

Step 2 lets users select one of the in-built preloader designs and modify it to suit their requirements and match their website. The launch version of Flashkicker comes with 16 different, customizable preloaders, including progress/percentage bars and various graphical illustrations, with a view to more being added in subsequent versions.

Users can easily change the colours of the background, border, preloader animation and progress text, as well as progress text itself and the position of the preloader animation. An image or small animation can also be imported to use as a background. Clicking ‘Refresh preloader’ shows the results of the changes in a preview area on the right hand side.

Step 3 is an option to enter an additional text message to be displayed with the preloader. The font style, size and colour of the text can be modified and the message positioned anywhere within the preloader area.

Step 4 is simply to save the file, which will be the user’s original SWF file with the new preloader embedded into it, for uploading onto the user’s website.
