Go2Group Announces Salesforce Certification, New Features to CRM Plugin

The certification allows Go2Group to more tightly integrate the CRM Plugin with all Salesforce versions and Atlassian's JIRA issue tracking system.

"The certification process was lengthy and rigorous, but we're certainly excited that the CRM Plugin has been certified to work with all Salesforce versions," said Brett Taylor, Go2Group's CEO. "We've had many customers look to integrate Professional Salesforce with Atlassian JIRA - with this certification now complete, the CRM Plugin will meet their needs."

Additional updates to the CRM Plugin include public visibility on salesforce.com's AppExchange platform, a new installation wizard, and minor bug fixes and performance enhancements. The updated CRM Plugin version now works on Windows, Mac, and UNIX platforms.
