PDF forms are unavoidable in modern communications, as they offer enormous advantages: firstly, PDF data is displayed identically on every computer and operating system, and secondly, they offer integrated document protection by assigning user rights which specify the actions which a user can perform within any given document. The user does not need anything else apart from the free Adobe Reader and pdf-FormServer, which can be installed in seconds on any computer with a Windows 95, 98, 2000, NT, XP, Vista or Mac OSX operating system. When a PDF form is opened with this Solinger Softwareschmiede software, it can be saved with all data. The saved forms can then be opened again at any time, to be worked on further and then saved again, the main point being that the form fields remain completable, and can be edited at a later time.
