InsideSales.com, the leading provider of on-demand Lead Response Management solutions, announced a rewards vacation scheduled for the last week of August through Labor Day in September for every full-time employee and his or her spouse.

“We had a phenomenal year in 2006 and then surpassed projections in the first quarter of 2007 so we decided to reward the employees who helped make it happen,” said David Elkington, CEO of Sales Team Automation, LLC, the parent company of InsideSales.com. “However, our customers won’t have to worry about the company taking an entire week off. We’ll have a great staff of employees available that weren’t here for our big push to profitability. They will get a chance next time.”

Originally, the trip was planned as a reward for the sales team only but Mr. Elkington and Ken Krogue, the President of InsideSales.com, recognized that the entire team was instrumental in the company’s success and should all be offered the chance to go.

“We are a ‘work hard, play hard’ kind of company,” said Mr. Krogue, “and we know that a culture of intense execution is built only when we include the entire team. We have also learned that the spouses are as important as the employees because of the great support they provide during the times when we really need to hit deadlines.”

The employees will be flying into Honolulu on Oahu and then on to Kona Airport on the Big Island of Hawaii. Some of the events are still a surprise, but excursions are planned for nearly every day and an authentic Luau will be enjoyed on the weekend before everyone goes home. The trip was intentionally planned to end on Labor Day as a way of highlighting the importance of the employees and their families at InsideSales.com.

“This trip is to recognize the great work our team has accomplished,” said Robb Young, the Director of Support at InsideSales.com. “Plus, when I go home and talk about work, it will mean a lot more to my wife Angela after she has spent a week with everyone I talk about all the time.”

The plans for the company’s next big adventure vacation have not yet been announced.
