VAP Software today announces the release of Net Control 2 v. 7.0, a universal program for administrating network computers in educational institutions, libraries, internet-cafes, cyber-clubs, and organizing a teaching process, enabling communication between students and a lecturer on a high level. Net Control 2 offers the user many irreplaceable abilities which have been successfully used in more than 100 countries for over 6 years.
Net Control 2 has an almost endless list of special capabilities and is equipped with four major revolutionary functions: Broadcast Desktop, Remote Desktop, Desktop Recorder and File Manager. The first instrument allows broadcasting the image from the desktop of the teacher’s computer to the student’s PCs thus allowing the user to make a perfect tutorial. This function is irreplaceable during lectures, practice lessons and every time when there is a necessity for showing the whole class how to solve a certain problem or to accomplish a task.
With the help of Remote Desktop, the teacher can help students solve problems remotely. All the process goes on the teacher’s PC. Moreover, the administrator has the ability to control several computers simultaneously in a special mode: each desktop of each student could be displayed on the administrator’s computer. This function is ideal when there are many students in the class who have difficulties accomplishing a task. The lecturer could concentrate on helping and omit the time-consuming walks to the student’s seats.
Desktop Recorder, in its turn, allows the user to record the image from the administrator’s desktop and play it on other user’s computers afterwards. This function is perfect for making electronic textbooks for students.
The other abilities are supervised by File Manager. It allows the user to rename, copy or hand over files between numerous computers. Copying information to several computers at once is also available. Moreover, with the aid of this function, the user could manage the access to the Internet, LAN services, resources on other computers; limit the access to certain web-sites (according to the content which is defined by the administrator) and a lot more. There is also a built-in chat which supports voice communication.
