After nearly twenty years of doing things by hand and settling for programs that didn’t fit their needs, Russ and Stephanie Buddle - the brains behind American Country Collection (ACC) – have finally made the decision to upgrade their point-of-sale software.
With their original POS software, Stephanie Buddle would spend half of a normal work week organizing and paying her vendors, tallying her inventory, and tracking the inventory between their six stores. The remaining 20 hours she would use to manage the stores, create new merchandise, and evaluate new vendors. To say she needed an upgrade is an understatement.
In January, she decided that POS Prophet Systems’ (PPS) point-of-sale software, POSexpress was the only logical choice for her. By the end of 2008, the Buddles will have installed POSexpress in their eight ACC locations.
PPS specializes in point-of-sale and E-commerce software for small businesses. The software consists of customizable ala-cart modules for point-of-sale, inventory, customer management, billing/AR, marketing tools, a web store, and integrated credit card processing. These modules save the Buddles thousands of dollars and countless hours in wasted time.
