Synology® Disk Station DS508 made its presence felt in the U.K. NAS storage world by scoring the highest rate, 6 stars, on ITPRO, U.K.'s product review channel and brought home with it the title of "Editor's Choice" award. Reviewer Dave Mitchell commenced his 2-page review by decisively stating, "[w]hen it comes to NAS appliances, performance and features don't usually go hand in hand," nevertheless, he said "Synology's DS508 is aimed at those that want it all."
