The company began its quest in April 2008 by taking a bold move and changing its name from TOPS Software to the more sizzling 212 Software. The company plans to further its growth beyond a simple name change. It is realigning its internal structure and sales distribution methods; allowing it to expand its reach to potential clients.
212 Software has also made modifications to its core product, 321™. The application has received upgrades to its budgeting, task management, violation tracking and job streaming functionalities. “The new capabilities add value to these modules,” stated Jeff Hardy, President. “Each change offers the user time savings, which for the organization, means more time for employees to do other things. In the case of a management company, that offers the potential to manage more communities without having to increase office staff.”
To compliment the changes in corporate structure and product upgrade, the company has announced its first price increase in nearly a decade. The price for the 321™ basic system and a few of its modules will shift slightly beginning September 2nd, 2008. The basic system, complete with accounting and administrative functions will increase from $1495 to $1995. Its violation tracking module CCR will increase from $595 to $695. Job Streaming will increase from $995 to $1295.
