TimeClick, long known for its user-friendly interface and powerful report selection, now boasts a new accrual system for not only sick and paid-time-off but also for vacation time. The accrual system allows users to calculate each individual type of accrual (vacation, sick, etc.) separately with different rates of calculation. Hawkeye Technology programmers had been working on this improvement extensively after multiple customers had requested this feature during 2007.

One of the more popular features of TimeClick, especially for larger employers, has also been improved. Now, the main administrator for TimeClick can see not only which times have been modified by supervisors and department heads, but also who modified those times. This helps prevent department heads modifying times to favor employees, saving you lost labor and money.

Other features include an option to automatically deduct a specified amount of time for lunch when employees work a certain number of hours, improved backend registration to aid the transfer of TimeClick when a server or network goes down, and other adjustments to keep your business up and running when your computer system encounters problems.
