iLink System Receives ISO 9001:2000 Certification for Its Offshore Development Center

iLink Systems Inc., a rapidly growing software solutions and product development company with four U.S. regional offices, today announced that it has achieved ISO 9001:2000 certification for the operations of its offshore development center in India. The ISO (International Organization for Standardization) establishes international reference standards for quality management and continuous improvement, and ISO 9001:2000 provides a comprehensive and rigorous framework for assessing the consistency of an organization's processes and its ability to meet customer expectations.

In order to obtain ISO certification iLink had to demonstrate that its service delivery processes meet the ISO's objective quality standards.
