iQmetrix Completes Acquisition of WorkWireless

iQmetrix today announced its acquisition of Work Software Systems (creator of WorkWireless), making it the largest, most diversified retail management solution provider in the wireless industry. iQmetrix has been successfully pursuing an aggressive growth strategy to attain its current position of market leader. The acquisition of its largest competitor will entrench that leadership, positioning it as the dominant software provider. “We have always had great respect for WorkWireless as one of our strongest competitors. Together we will build on our combined experience to redefine wireless retail,” says Chris Krywulak, President and CEO of iQmetrix. “This step will transform our business and accelerate execution of our growth strategy.”
This acquisition will benefit customers and partners of both iQmetrix and Work Software Systems. The goals of customer service excellence and product superiority aspired to by both companies will continue but with significantly increased resources for rapid innovation, superior support and responsiveness to business needs. “Wireless retail is an exciting, challenging and constantly changing market. Bill May, founder of Work Software Systems, will be joining the iQmetrix executive team as President of iQmetrix USA. The current iQmetrix executive team will remain: Chris Krywulak as Chief Executive Officer, Kelly Kazakoff as Chief Operating Officer, Greg Krywulak as Senior Vice President, Scott McGillivray as Vice President Marketing, and Rory Cain as Vice President Product Development.
